Serving Independent Fundamental Missionaries with Fully-Furnished Homes for Deputation, Furlough, and Transitional Retirement.

For fifty five years Shepherd's Bethel has provided rent-free fully-furnished homes for missionaries on deputation, furlough, and in 2026 were adding transitional retirment housing.  Here in a relaxed rural setting, missionaries and their families can take advantage of our recreation complex, library, picnic, and park area, and auto shop. Also a verity of other amenities as well.

To the left are recent pics of some of the work and family time shared at the end of 2025. God has been so very gracious to us this past year and much has been accomplished. Susie and I will enter our 36 year of service this year and look forward to a great season of helping missionary families.
Shepherd's Bethel is entering its 56th year of ministry . How wonderful it is to see God faithfully meeting the needs of this haven of rest through two generations of my family. Please pray with us that the Lord would lead the perfect couple to come along side us and help this mission continue.

New in 2026
Transitional Retirement Housing
 A. Purpose:
In 2026 Shepherd’s Bethel desires to extend its ministry purpose of deputation and furlough housing, by adding transitional housing for missionaries retiring from full time field work. This facet of missionary housing is being added to assist couples as they transition from the field to the states. Especially those needing time to arrange legal and financial requirements to ease their homecoming.
B. Shepherd’s Bethel intentions:
We desire to supply a fully furnished two bedroom unit for use by any qualified missionary for the duration of two years.
This will include access to our laundry, fellowship hall and library, and use of any facility amenities like the picnic area and mechanical shop.
