Pastor Jim Quillen has been a minister of Colonial Hills Baptist Church Indianapolis for 30 years. He served 15 years as youth pastor, visitation, counseling, and is currently serving as assistant pastor in counseling and follow-up.  Presently he heads up the singles ministry and has pastoral oversight of the "Least of these" prison ministry.  Jim serves as a director of Balanced Life Ministries, Board member Good News Ministries, Shepherd's Bethel, Appalachian Rescue Mission and is an advisor to Harvest Teen ministries.
