Tim and Anita Carowick have been members of First Baptist Church of Troy, MI since 1990.  Prior to that, they were members of Bethel Baptist Church in Sellersville, PA.  Tim has served as deacon, Sunday school teacher, department leader, usher and was on an Adult Missions Work Team to Brazil.  He is also helping to lead the Men for Missions program at FBCT.  Anita has served as Sunday school teacher, choir member and nursery worker.  They have also enjoyed sharing their home with visiting missionaries from time to time.
 

Tim is a Computer Network Engineer who works for Electronic Data Systems at General Motors.  He grew up in a Christian home and was saved at the age of 8.  He enjoys the building trades and is a licensed builder.  Anita was saved at the age of ten and also grew up in a Christian home.  After graduating from Bob Jones University she taught Home Economics at Upper Bucks Christian School for almost 12 years.  They have two sons, Stephen and Paul.  Tim and Anita have known the Weiss family since 1994, which is when they (the Weiss') came to FBCT to present the Shepherd's Bethel ministry and seek support.  They have been involved in a number of building projects at Shepherd's Bethel over the years.
